Silent Killer ?! No Way !!!

What will you do if you have silent killer ? feel okay with that ? I bet you really want to know who the killer and right away banish its existence. Well then, read these and know all the causes, ways to prevent it and acknowledge who your killer is. When I’m talking about disease you may already know what silent killer is, yup, diabetes. Why it called silent killer, because it came from unhealthy lifestyle that leads to many acute dangerous diseases such as blindness, kidney failure, nerve damage, strokes, coronary heart disease and other large blood vessel diseases.

From simple matter of lifestyle, the habit that we do over and over everyday, if we do a slight misbehavior habit that can caused the diabetes, then we’re keeping silent killer for our dying days. Diabetes Mellitus is a condition in which a one’s body unable to regulate the glucose level in blood. These glucose levels are controlled by a hormone called insulin. The disturbance in insulin level leads to increase in glucose levels in blood that cause diabetes. There are two types of diabetes, first when one in state of insulin replacement when this can be solved by injecting insulin to one’s body, and the second is when the body is misinterpreting insulin level in blood in which the act of injecting insulin can no longer take effect for the body.

The second diabetes can consider as heavier kind of diabetes where mostly caused by inheritance genes that also could happen to obesity. Now I’m not going to give you all about diabetes informations you might found tons of them, but I’m going to give you the symptoms in which you need to right away change your life style to avoid diabetes. The symptoms of diabetes are :

- Gum infections
- Numbness of hands or feet
- Blurred vision
- Abdominal pain
- Sores that take time to heal
- Itchy skin
- Vomiting
- Nausea
- Deep breathing
- Weight loss
- Fatigue or unusual tiredness
- Extreme thirst and hunger
- Frequent urination

If you have most of these symptoms, you better check your glucose level in blood and consult it with doctor. If you have few of these symptoms, then check have you had healthy life style according to these lists :

- Regular exercises such as regular walking 30 minutes to an hour everyday.
- No fatty, sugary, salty and unhealthy food
- Not over consuming of carbohydrate
- No smoking, drinking, no alcohol and soft drinks
- Drinking plenty of water
- Get enough sleep, say no to night life such as parties and watching or online till morning.

Insufficient of sleep can cause extreme hunger that leads to diabetes. So you now know who your silent killer is, and I’ve gave you easy ways to banish its existence. Live healthy, start today.
